Data Center Relocation Service

Recently, one of our partners contacted us regarding one of their clients. The company was a Southeast-based identity verification company wanting to move their data center from Florida to Georgia. The move was planned and organized for months. The week of the move, Sherlock sent two engineers to Florida to map out all the cabling, equipment locations and to prepare the move. On Friday, the systems were brought down and by 2 pm, the customers’ data racks and equipment were loaded up and headed North by Sherlock’s certified carrier. At 8 am Saturday, the equipment was unloaded into the new data center in Georgia. HP Proliant G7

At the end of this year, HP will be dropping support for most of their Gen 7 line of products.  By May of next year, all HP Proliant G7 products will be unsupported by HP.  This does not mean that you need to replace your equipment but that you need to find someone to provide warranty and maintenance for your G7 servers.  Sherlock Services provides a full range of support models to match your needs and budget from next business day parts only to 24×7 with dispatch service.

Legacy Isilon

Many companies invested in Isilon technology for its flexibility as well as the superior customer service.  We have now come to a time when most Isilon Legacy X and NL series are no longer supported by EMC/Dell.  At the end of October this year, all of these systems will be EOSL and the only way to get support is through third party.  Sherlock Services provides maintenance for most models of Isilon products using our world-class engineers and forward stock parts.
